  • on top of inguinal ligament

  • testes form within process

  • opening should seal

  • develop in adulthood with years of bearing down

Direct

  • indirect in spermatic cord, fascia

  • direct outside spermatic fascia

  • transversalis fascia weak and breaks down

Femoral

  • GE junction slides up
